InboxCommand connects to your Gmail account via Google's authorized OAuth API. We request read-only access to classify and surface messages. Gmail remains your system of record — we never move, modify, or delete your email.
Message metadata is processed for classification and scoring. Email content is analyzed in real time for triage and drafting but is not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is needed for the service to function. You can revoke access at any time.
Yes. All plans are cancelable at any time. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise plans can be invoiced directly.
The Team plan supports up to 10 users under a single organization. Each user connects their own Gmail account. Shared escalation visibility and admin controls allow operational coordination across the team.
